Refund Policy

1. General Policy

At Booking Ministry, we strive to ensure a transparent booking experience. Our refund policy varies depending on the event organizer and the specific event details. Generally, all ticket sales are final and non-refundable unless stated otherwise by the event organizer or in the event of cancellation.

2. Event Cancellations

If an event is cancelled, we will automatically refund the full ticket price to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

3. Event Rescheduling

If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will be valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, you may be eligible for a refund depending on the organizer's policy. You must request a refund within the specified window after the rescheduling announcement.

4. Refund Requests

If you believe you are eligible for a refund under specific circumstances (e.g., medical emergency, with proof), please contact our support team. Refunds are granted at the sole discretion of the event organizer and Booking Ministry.
